Compositions

Tom’s compositions and arrangements span both professional and school ensembles, with a focus on concert band and jazz ensemble writing. His work emphasizes clear musical structure and practical playability for the intended performers. In addition to published works for educational ensembles, he has written and arranged extensively for professional musicians. Notably, he arranged several pieces for Louie Bellson that were performed at the 1982 Evening of Jazz at Haverford High School.
